the "Everything" Plan
I envision a Texas that is the envy of every other State and Country in the world. I see a Texas that sets the standard for excellence, across the board. I see a Texas that we create together. In just 10 years, we can achieve a Texas with no unemployment, no poverty, no pollution, no electric bill, no traffic problems or accidents, and no dependence on foreign goods and services. This Plan is a comprehensive course of actions that will take us to the top and prepare the Texas People for the future. All of the different aspects outlined in this website, are designed to work together to produce the desired effect, completely, efficiently, and on time.
In 1940, the US realized that the war in Europe was eventually going to affect us. We entered World War II while in an economic downturn, with millions unemployed, and a depressed manufacturing base. Between 1940 and 1945, that same unemployed, financially challenged people, manufactured 88,340 Tanks, 303,717 Aircraft, 94,179 Ships, and increased the Gross Domestic Product by 50% while only spending 40% of that on the war. In just 5 years, the US had outproduced everyone involved in WW II, and in some cases, more that all the other countries combined. Now, 70 years later, America is looking like a snapshot of 1939, except we are already in a war, that has cost us many times more than WW II, with no benefit to our economy or our manufacturing base. So how do we turn all of this around, by implementing "the Plan".
The Plan itself has many crucial elements to make it work, but in addition, each element is designed to address more than just its direct outcome.
The first thing we will do is to create the Texas State Workforce, employing every available Texan from housewives to inmates (Prison Reform), the unemployed to the handicapped. We will build the Work Communities that will form our Manufacturing Base, and produce every thing that we need, right here in Texas.
The Energy projects will be the next priority, working in conjunction with the Transportation Texas Project to bring free power and transportation to Texans. Also, it will make virtually anything that uses a tower (cell phones, power lines, cable) to be both storm and terrorist proof. The Wave Generators themselves will be arrayed in such a manner as to become storm surge protection for the Texas Coast. All of these things, in turn, will cause less pollution to be created and increase overall health and fitness. By making Texans healthier, we reduce the need for and the cost of Health Care. All of this increases production, because a happy, healthy people produce more, at a more efficient rate, than unhappy, unhealthy ones.
While we are putting all of these things together, we will be working on Legal Reform and Education, so that all Texans experience the benefits of this Plan. After achieving our goals in Texas, we will then be able to bring our knowledge and expertise to other states and countries, bringing outside revenue to our home. We will pioneer the direction of the future of the World and all Mankind, we will also be the platform for our venture into space.
The Texas I envision is not a fantasy or something that will happen "one day", it is well within our grasp, now! This Plan addresses our immediate problems and provides a firm foundation for our future. We can do all of this within 10 years and have the best of the best, for every Texan. To wait one more day to change things, to keep things going in the direction they are, or to keep hoping that a Political Party will actually do their jobs effectively, is foolish. We are the hope of Texas, and the World!
In 10 years: We will have turned Texas into THE world leader in several different areas; Our people will be hired by other states and countries to help institute the different systems in their areas; Pollution will start to become a Historical Footnote, as well as, all the illnesses associated with it; Texas will be turning a profit selling energy and expertise to everyone else. The People will truly be empowered and in control.
